The Pivot Move partners with CEOs, founders and HR leaders when growth, culture, leadership or transformation become difficult to manage and the organization needs both strategic structure and human alignment.

Organizations seek support when transition begins to affect clarity, trust, collaboration, decisions or performance.
Diagnostics, culture, values, governance, change, growth and implementation support.
Confidential and structured spaces to strengthen awareness, decision-making and leadership capacity.
The client is the team as a system. The work addresses relationships, patterns and collective capacity.
Leadership coaching is not consulting or advice. It is a confidential, structured partnership that helps leaders, managers and high-potential professionals think more deeply, challenge assumptions, reconnect with what matters and translate awareness into intentional action.
The individual remains responsible for their choices and actions. The coach’s role is to listen deeply, ask questions that create awareness, challenge assumptions, notice patterns and support accountability. The work is aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Objectives can be defined with the individual and, in organization-sponsored engagements, with the sponsor as well. Confidentiality, roles, expected outcomes and evaluation methods are clarified from the outset.
Objectives are defined with the sponsor. The difference lies in the system being coached: a group of people who share an experience or cross-functional responsibility, or an intact team that needs to improve how it functions collectively.
Participants do not need to belong to the same operational team. Objectives are agreed with the sponsor and translated into a structured journey of reflection, dialogue, peer learning and accountability. The group creates new perspectives without removing individual responsibility.
Greater awareness, shared practices, trust, capacity to address common challenges and transfer of learning into daily work.
Objectives are agreed with the sponsor and then co-created with the team, with respect for confidentiality and collective responsibility. The engagement is always tailored to the context, team maturity, challenges and desired outcomes.
In team coaching, the client is the team as a system. The work goes beyond individual development to address relationships, patterns and the team’s collective capacity to deliver sustainable results.
The engagement may combine organizational diagnostics, leadership alignment, culture and values, facilitation, consulting, executive coaching, team coaching and practical implementation support.
Objectives are agreed with the sponsor and translated into a journey aligned with the system, organizational maturity and expected outcomes.
