More than twenty years of professional experience, fifteen of which in humanitarian operations in complex international contexts, inform an approach that integrates governance, leadership development and the human dimension of change. We support organizations and individuals through structured, ethical and sustainable processes oriented towards lasting results. We work in Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Why “The Pivot Move”

The name refers to the pivot move in basketball, where a player keeps one foot grounded, changes direction and passes the ball. Likewise, a pivot table helps turn thousands of data points into something clearer, easier to read and better organized.

The meaning of the logo

Change starts from the center, just like the pivot move in basketball. We build on who we are, our values and our identity — the same applies to organizations — explore our surroundings to understand the direction to take, and then move into action. The upward arrow represents this momentum. The rainbow colors refer to diversity and inclusion.
