The INDEXES method
We use INDEXES, a proprietary method developed by Serena Barberis to support individuals, teams and organizations through conscious and sustainable change.
INDEXES is designed for situations where change requires clarity, awareness, dialogue, decisions, implementation and continuity over time. It is a flexible framework for both organizational contexts and individual pathways.
INDEXES integrates analysis, dialogue, decision-making and support over time so that change becomes concrete and lasting practice.
The 5 phases
Identify
Context analysis, needs, obstacles and objectives. In organizations: assessments, stakeholder listening, and frameworks such as PESTEL, SWOT and 4P. In coaching: exploration that helps the person define a clear coaching objective.
Negotiate
Facilitation of dialogue between different perspectives and alignment of priorities, expectations and direction. In organizations: active engagement of key actors, fostering alignment between leadership, HR and other stakeholders. In coaching: exploration of internal conflicts and personal priorities.
Decide
Support for conscious, realistic and sustainable decisions.
Execute
Support in turning decisions into actions, processes and observable behaviors, with clear accountability.
Sustain
Consolidation of change over time through monitoring and accountability.
