THE PIVOT WITHIN™
From transition to transformation
A six-session group coaching journey for internationally experienced women professionals navigating a transition or crossroads who want to reconnect with who they are, explore who they want to become, and gain greater clarity about the next chapter they want to create.
This may be for you if you are navigating
- an international relocation, repatriation or a new chapter after years abroad;
- a career or leadership transition;
- a return to work or professional redefinition;
- caregiving, motherhood or another life change that is reshaping your relationship with work and professional identity;
- a crossroads where the life or career you have built no longer feels fully aligned with who you are becoming.
The experience
Across six group coaching sessions, participants move from understanding where they are in their transition to exploring identity, values and priorities, opening new possibilities and gaining greater clarity about who they want to be and what they want next.
The journey provides structure without prescribing the destination: each participant remains the author of what her next chapter means and what she is ready to choose, explore or change.
The group itself becomes part of the coaching experience: a confidential space for reflection, resonance and different perspectives, where what one woman brings can open awareness for another—without assuming that their answers or paths will be the same.
Format
6 × 90-minute group coaching sessions · Maximum 8 participants · 1 individual coaching session · Personal journal/workbook
Includes one individual coaching session to deepen or integrate what is emerging through the group journey. You choose what you want to focus on during that session.

THE PIVOT JOURNEY™ FOR WOMEN
A group coaching journey built around a specific shared transition.
It can be tailored for
- women stepping into leadership roles;
- women returning to work after a break;
- expatriate or repatriating women;
- corporate women's networks or development programmes.
A tailored journey
The sponsor defines the context and desired outcomes. Themes, tools and pace are then adapted to participants' needs, keeping coaching as a space for exploration rather than prescriptive training.
