Organizations and Leadership

Organizational challenges are leadership challenges too.

The Pivot Move partners with CEOs, founders and HR leaders when growth, culture, leadership or transformation become difficult to manage and the organization needs both strategic structure and human alignment.

Organizational transition from complexity to strategic direction
Organizational interventions

What is happening in your organization?

Organizational challenges rarely arrive with a neat label. Start with the situation you recognize.

Areas of intervention—shaped around your organization.

The areas below show where The Pivot Move can support your organization. They are not ready-made packages: every engagement is shaped around your organization's context, priorities, people and stage of development. An intervention can stand alone, be adapted to your situation or become part of a broader integrated journey when several organizational dimensions need to move together.

Organizations rarely experience these challenges in isolation. They often become visible during periods of growth, change or transition.

The Pivot Move combines organizational consulting, facilitation and coaching-informed inquiry to help make the situation visible, create space for different perspectives and support the organization in developing responses that fit its context and can be sustained over time.

Investment. The prices shown are starting points and reflect the typical scope of a defined organizational intervention. Final investment depends on the organization's size and complexity, number of participants and locations, existing systems and documentation, and the level of assessment, facilitation, consulting and implementation support required. Micro and small enterprises may benefit from tailored preferential offers.

Organizational Assessment & Alignment

“We know something needs to change. We’re just not sure where to start.”

How we work

We begin by making the current system more visible. Depending on the context, we may combine stakeholder interviews, document review, organizational and stakeholder mapping, and selected proprietary assessment tools developed by The Pivot Move, such as the Culture Check™. Facilitated conversations help compare perspectives, identify patterns and dependencies, and agree where deeper attention is needed.

Possible outcome: A shared, evidence-based view of priority organizational issues and where to act first.

Starting from €3,500 + VAT

Governance, Roles & Accountability

“Too much depends on a few people, and responsibilities aren’t always clear.”

How we work

Depending on the context, we use organizational mapping, responsibility and decision-rights mapping, and the proprietary Roles & Accountability Canvas™ developed by The Pivot Move to examine roles, interfaces, delegation and dependencies. Facilitated alignment conversations then help clarify what should sit where, who needs to decide what, and where accountability needs to become more explicit.

Possible outcome: Clearer roles, decision rights and accountability, with fewer overlaps and bottlenecks.

Starting from €3,500 + VAT

Performance & Professional Growth

“People work hard, but expectations, development and performance aren’t structured.”

How we work

We review how roles, expectations, contribution, feedback and development currently connect. The proprietary Performance & Growth Conversation Canvas™ developed by The Pivot Move supports the design of clearer criteria, development conversations and people practices. Manager guidance and implementation support help translate the framework into everyday use.

Possible outcome: A practical performance and development framework that gives employees and managers clearer expectations and growth conversations.

Starting from €4,000 + VAT

02Culture & PeopleWhat happens every day is telling you something about the culture you actually have.+

Organizational Identity, Culture & Values

“We need greater clarity about who we are, what we stand for and how that should shape the way we work.”

How we work

We combine leadership and employee listening with facilitated exploration of organizational identity, mission, vision, values and lived behaviour. Depending on the starting point, the proprietary Values Mapping Matrix™ developed by The Pivot Move helps translate what the organization says it stands for into observable behaviours and decision principles.

Possible outcome: A shared organizational identity translated into clearer behaviours and decision principles.

Starting from €4,500 + VAT

Speak-Up Culture & Organizational Integrity

“People notice problems. But do they feel able to say something?”

How we work

We use employee and leadership listening, the proprietary Speak-Up Culture Check™ developed by The Pivot Move and structured reflection on psychological safety, reporting pathways, escalation and leadership response. The work explores not only whether mechanisms exist, but what people experience when they question, disagree, report a concern or bring difficult information forward.

Possible outcome: Clearer conditions and pathways for concerns to be raised, heard and acted on.

Starting from €3,500 + VAT

Organizational Mental Load & Ways of Working

“Everyone is busy. But too much work lives in people’s heads.”

How we work

Using the proprietary Organizational Mental Load Check™ developed by The Pivot Move alongside facilitated discussion and mapping of coordination, dependencies, information flows and ownership, we make work that often remains invisible easier to examine. The organization can then identify where routines, meetings, responsibilities or decision practices may need to change rather than treating overload only as an individual coping issue.

Possible outcome: Greater visibility of hidden workload and concrete priorities for more sustainable ways of working.

Starting from €3,500 + VAT

Gender Equality Pathway

“When gender equality needs to move from commitment to organizational practice.”

How we work

The pathway is shaped around the organization's starting point and informed by the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and, in Italy, UNI/PdR 125:2022. Depending on the scope, we may combine gender analysis, document and process review, employee listening, group discussions and facilitated activities, governance and steering-group work, policy and strategic-plan development, KPI mapping and review of relevant people practices. A selected proprietary assessment tool developed by The Pivot Move may also be integrated where it helps explore the lived organizational experience. For organizations pursuing UNI/PdR 125 certification, we support preparation and implementation of the management system; certification remains the responsibility of an accredited certification body.

Possible outcome: A structured gender equality management approach with clear governance, measurable priorities, appropriate policies and processes, and an actionable roadmap for implementation and monitoring.

Starting from €12,500 + VAT

03Change & ContinuityA key person is leaving. A structure is changing. What must not get lost?+

Succession & Knowledge Continuity

“If this person left tomorrow, what would we lose?”

How we work

We identify critical roles, knowledge, relationships and organizational dependencies using structured knowledge mapping and the proprietary Knowledge Continuity Canvas™ developed by The Pivot Move. Structured conversations help determine what needs to be transferred, where continuity risk is concentrated and which actions should begin before a transition becomes urgent.

Possible outcome: A clearer continuity plan for critical knowledge, responsibilities and succession risks.

Starting from €2,500 + VAT

Organizational Change & Transition

“The change may have been decided. The transition still has to happen.”

A new structure, strategy, leadership arrangement, system, merger, restructuring or reorganization can be formally implemented while people are still navigating what the change means for their roles, relationships, identity and ways of working. The Pivot Move supports the organizational and human transition between announcing a change and making the new reality workable.

How we work

Depending on the transition, we may combine stakeholder and impact mapping, leadership alignment, employee listening, facilitated group conversations and structured reflection using one proprietary transition tool developed by The Pivot Move. The work helps surface what people may need to understand, renegotiate, decide and practise as the organization moves from the previous reality towards the new one.

Possible outcome: Greater alignment around what the change requires and concrete actions that help people move from announcement to implementation.

Starting from €5,000 + VAT

04Organizational Risk & ReadinessIf something went wrong tomorrow, would people know what to do?+
I — IDENTIFY · N — NEGOTIATE · D — DECIDE · EXE — EXECUTE

Organizational Risk & Readiness

“You have procedures. But would your people actually know what to do when something goes wrong?”

How we work

We combine risk and stakeholder mapping with the proprietary Roles & Accountability Canvas™ developed by The Pivot Move to examine who notices, decides, escalates and acts. Procedures and decision rights can then be tested through facilitated scenarios, leadership and team discussion, and post-exercise learning so that gaps between documented processes and actual organizational readiness become visible.

Possible outcome: Clearer escalation, decision and response roles—and greater confidence that people can act when it matters.

Starting from €5,000 + VAT

SSUSTAIN · Ongoing PartnershipsSome changes need more than an intervention. They need continuity.+

The areas of intervention above can stand alone, be combined or evolve into longer-term support. Where the organization needs continuity beyond a defined project, The Pivot Move can provide a tailored ongoing partnership to help monitor progress, respond to what emerges and sustain change over time. The scope is shaped around the organization rather than a predefined package and may bring together strategic advisory, periodic organizational review, facilitation and selected interventions from across the areas above. This is also where highly integrated journeys can be designed when structure, culture, team dynamics and leadership need to evolve together.

Gender Equality & Inclusive Culture — Annual Partnership

“When the objective is not only to build the system, but to make change live in the organization.”

How we work

The partnership builds on the Gender Equality Pathway and keeps the work active over time. Periodic KPI and progress reviews, steering-group and leadership advisory, employee listening or group discussions, WEPs and UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference frameworks, and a selected proprietary assessment tool developed by The Pivot Move may be used as the situation evolves. The emphasis is on learning from implementation, adapting priorities and embedding change rather than completing a one-off project.

Possible outcome: Gender equality moves beyond a project or certification objective and becomes increasingly integrated into how the organization leads, communicates, makes decisions and works.

Annual partnership starting from €22,000 + VAT

Extend the partnership. Where useful, 1:1 executive or leadership coaching, leadership transition coaching, team coaching and group coaching programmes can be added and are scoped and quoted separately.

Leadership development and executive coaching

A confidential space to think, decide and lead with greater awareness.

Leadership coaching is not consulting or advice. It is a confidential, structured partnership that helps leaders and managers think more deeply, challenge assumptions, reconnect with what matters and translate awareness into intentional action.

Leadership development coaching

The individual remains responsible for their choices and actions. The coach listens deeply, asks questions that create awareness, challenges assumptions, notices patterns and supports learning, accountability and intentional action. Coaching is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

In organization-sponsored engagements, the broader purpose and expected organizational outcomes may be agreed with the sponsor while individual coaching content remains confidential. Roles, boundaries and evaluation methods are clarified from the outset.

Depending on the transition, the coaching may explore changing expectations, relationships with former peers and senior stakeholders, communication, decision-making autonomy, delegation, accountability and the shift from personal expertise towards enabling and developing others.

6 individual coaching sessions

The pathway is tailored to the leader’s actual context and may be supported by The Pivot Move’s proprietary leadership reflection tools. The detailed journey is discussed during the complimentary Discovery Call.

Possible outcome: a leader who steps into the new role with greater clarity, confidence and intentionality in relationships, decisions, delegation and accountability.
